The Walker and the lost soul
The Walker delves into the notion of uprooting, an experience often imposed by the geopolitical environment. The dilemma between adapting to a new reality or leaving one's living space exposes us to a series of human and intimate challenges.

This work is imbued with the feelings of disorientation, loneliness, and oblivion that accompany those who are forced to leave their homeland. Wandering souls, anonymous, stand like ghostly silhouettes in a chaotic landscape. The loss of the soul, once in harmony with the natural world, occupies a central place in The Walker.

The pieces reveal an unrelenting quest to restore this sacred connection with nature and the world, while seeking to define an identity in perpetual motion. The Walker is an invitation to explore the notion of roots, culture, and the importance of understanding where we come from in shaping our identity. Faced with the geopolitical upheavals that uproot humanity, I question whether we can root ourselves and write our own story, or if we are condemned to wander aimlessly until the end of time.
